David Coleman

My husband David received his kidney in April of 1999. He felt healthy for the first time in years.

He was born with kidney problems and had many surgeries as a child.

He was able to get married, have a beautiful son and create many memories with friends and family.

David’s kidney was still healthy in 2022, which was amazing. He was sad that someone had to die but greatly respected and always honored “squirrel” which was the donor’s nickname.

Donation truly makes a difference as people get more time to make memories due to the generosity of a family donating in an extremely difficult time.
