The Life & Legacy celebration offers family-friendly activities and an opportunity to honor donor heroes and recipients. If you would like your donor or recipient to be featured in a free video tribute, please submit their name and a photo by completing the information in the Video Tribute Section below.
Hero Signs
Honor your donor hero or recipient at the Life & Legacy event with a hero sign for $15. Each hero sign is 18″x24″ inches and customized with the donor or recipient’s name, connection to donation and transplantation, their photo, and a personalized message. The hero signs will be displayed at the Life & Legacy Celebration, and then are yours to take home after the event. Hero signs are only available to purchase from this link. You will provide your loved one’s name and personalized message when checking out.
Video Tribute
Photos of donors and recipients will be featured in a video tribute at the event. Please complete the information below to submit a photo for the video tribute.
